Sunnyside Middle Flat is a first floor flat with large rooms and countryside views in all directions. It comfortably sleeps four in two bedrooms, one double with 5ft bed and one twin. The Lounge includes TV & DVD. The Bathroom is fitted with bath/shower and airing cupboard. The Kitchen has fitted units with electric oven & hob, fridge, freezer and microwave oven. A shared washing machine is also available. Graded ETB Three Star in 2007. The Flat has fitted carpets, electric heaters are provided and electricity is via a £1 coin operated meter. Linen and towels are provided. Lettings are from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. Regrettably the flats are not suitable for pets. Children over the age of eight are welcome and Sunnyside Flats are all non-smoking. |
